Papyros LiquiFuse Gel Adhesive 4oz

LiquiFuse Gel has a thicker viscosity that standard LiquiFuse. This product was developed for fusers who prefer to put a dab of adhesive on the backside of each design piece, then position and secure those design components onto the base glass.

Instructions for LiquiFuse Gel and Combining the Gel with LiquiFuise

1. Add a small dab of LiquiFuse Gel to the backside of each glass component in your design. Press it down to secure, and if some gel oozes out, it will completely burn off during firing.

2. Place each piece onto your base glass in the desired location. The gel’s thicker consistency will temporarily hold the pieces in place but still allow time for repositioning.

3. Both LiquiFuse and LiquiFuse Gel can be used together on one project. Use LiquiFuse Gel to secure larger design pieces. Use LiquiFuse to saturate the area for smaller pieces like stringers,

4. Both LiquiFuse and LiquiFuse Gel adhesives allow approximately 15 minutes for design adjustments before setting. Once you're satisfied with the placement, let the piece rest undisturbed for 45 to 60 minutes to fully cure. After curing, it can be safely transferred to the kiln.
