Papyros LiquiFuse adhesive for glass fusing

LiquiFuse was developed to utilize the process of capillary action, where liquids naturally flow into a narrow space. LiquiFuse is ideally suited for fusers who prefer to dry-position their design elements on the project's base glass, then secure the design with a few drops of glue using capillary action.

Instructions for LiquiFuse

1. Unscrew the applicator tip from the bottle and remove the red stopper cap. Then, open the sealed tip using a sharp craft knife to cut 1/16" (2 mm) off the tip on a slight diagonal.

2. Place a drop of LiquiFuse onto the edge of one of your design components. With capillary action, the adhesive will naturally flow between the design piece and the base glass.

3. Make any final adjustments to your design. The adhesive will create a temporary hold, allowing time for any minor corrections. Wait a minimum of 15 minutes before moving your design to the kiln.

4. LiquiFuse works perfectly for frit or stringer designs. Dry-position the smaller pieces, then carefully place drops of LiquiFuse to secure the design pieces to the base glass.
