2026: 01/17-01/31 Lightscapes: Designing an Illuminated Glass Lamp

Class meets on 1/17 and 1/31, 10am to 1pm.

Skill Level: Open to All Levels, ages 16+

Bring your creativity to light ... literally! In this two-part workshop, you’ll design and create a custom kiln-formed glass lampshade using sheet glass and vibrant enamels. On Day 1, we’ll focus on design, color, and composition as you build your glass shade. After it’s been fired and draped into shape, you’ll return for Day 2 to drill the opening, assemble your finished lamp, and take home a one-of-a-kind illuminated artwork. All materials (including the full-height torch lamp base!) are included.
