Outline Black

Outline Black comes in liquid form, fires to a matte black and is generally used to draw in a design before color is applied or to create writing when used with the Decorator Bottle and Metal Tip. The fine tip makes it easy to follow pattern lines, draw freehand, print and write letters and words. Allow to dry thoroughly before butting colors next to the lines.
