Complete contemporary work designed to imitate gems, polished stone, or fossils with textured jewelry-like metal trim. No need for windows with dazzling glass designs that are completely light independent and showcase them with feet to stand away from the wall. Select glass for its unique markings and texture rather than its color. Work with wire and open areas creating unique shadow play. Design with solder panels, fused decoration, glass globs or other unique elements.
Student must bring: 50/50 solder (available to purchase in class), cotton t-shirt rag, wire cutters, burnisher, x-acto knife with extra blades, vinyl or latex gloves
